Shipping & Returns

Helpful Information 

-We have partnered with DPD to handle our shipping needs. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of checkout based on the delivery location.

-We offer free shipping across Ireland on all orders over €60.00.

-We ship worldwide.

- For international orders shipped outside the EU, please note that customs inspection, as well as customs fees and duties, may apply. Doctrine Skincare is not accountable for these actions, and no reimbursement for customs fees or taxes will be provided. The recipient is responsible for covering all customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges. Refused packages will not be eligible for a refund.

Returns 

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your Doctrine product, please reach out to us at hello@doctrineskincare.com with your order number to discuss a return. Please note that Doctrine will not cover the cost of return postage, unless the issue is a result of our error. If you have purchased your item from a stockist you will need to contact them regarding their returns policy. 

Order Tracking 

Tracking details will be emailed to the email provided at checkout once your order has shipped so you can stay up to date with your order at all times. 

Cancellations 

If for some reason you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately by email at hello@doctrineskincare.com
